- Lunch: Roti and zucchini sabzi with homemade yogurt

Work: 9:30-6 PM
Yoga: Day 23 I am secure
Walk: Did not go for a walk yet…
Additional self-care: I went for a 1 hour massage. Really needed it after the past 2 way more than usual stressful days.
