Family is important

Had a less energetic day today. Very much work focussed. But still managed to do a lot of things off my to do list which is always a sign of some positivity!

  • Wake up early 6:30 AM
  • Meditation
  • Gurbani
  • Gratitude Today I am the most grateful for my family.
  • Today’s Food Intake
    • Lemon water
    • Fresh juice (with my iron and B12 supplements)
    • Mutter paneer and quinoa
    • Papaya
    • Pecans
    • Protein smoothie
  • Organization Started organizing my to-do list again today
  • Walk I took Mayhem for an evening walk and haven’t yet reached my goal of 10K steps/day – at 9400 which is still good enough.
  • Yoga I had a morning yoga session today – day 2 of week 3 of the 3 week yoga retreat… excited to finish this week.
  • Exercise I worked out legs today
  • Work 9:30-7:30 PM
  • Self-care & relaxation
  • Family
  • Blog
  • Sleep Plan to be in bed by 11:30ish at the latest
  • Positivity & Productivity Neutrally positive and moderately productive today.
  • Any additional lessons learned/Thoughts of the day
    • Family is so important. Life is meaningless without family. I am lucky to have my family.
