Day 45/ 365


Day 1 of 3 day juice cleanse

first juice was my regular morning juice.

  • 1 1/2 cara cara orange
  • 1 beet
  • 1 carrot

2nd juice was watermelon juice. Only ingredient: fresh watermelon

3rd juice

  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 lime
  • big handful of spinach
  • leftover kale stalks (the part that doesn’t get used in salads)
  • few mint leaves

4th juice: fresh out of the coconut water

5th juice:

  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/3 large cucumber
  • 3 large stalks of kale
  • 2 stalks celery

My portions of the juices today were regular portions (smaller than how much I drank last time – which kept me sustained much longer and I only needed 3 juices + 1 coconut water each day). This time, I rather do 4-5 smaller juices as needed + 1-2 coconut waters (as needed).

I didn’t feel hungry throughout the day. I did work from home and only stepped out for a meeting so I was able to keep my energy exertion to a minimum. In terms of exercise or walking – I wasn’t able to fit in anything. Maybe tomorrow.
