Something I’ve been thinking about today is happiness. What does a person need to be happy? I have my phases with happiness. Some days something as simple as the silence around me, a sip of my morning freshly squeezed juice, a bite of a deliciously ripe mango, listening to some soul-touching music is all it takes for me to be happy. Some days I’m just not able to be happy no matter what.
Although I wasn’t able to be happy today and I haven’t had a chance to figure out why… at the end of the day, If I have to choose something to be happy about – I am happy that I am on the path to discovering more about myself. I think it’s all about being mindful – which itself is a big challenge. Looking forward to learning to love myself and to be happy.
